On 12 November we were delighted to collaborate with The Ops Nest and host a group of events professionals with a wide-ranging set of skills and experience, to share, discuss and explain some of the key elements of creating outstanding exhibition experiences.

Offering learning opportunities, direct access to experts, networking, mentoring, and support on tap, The Ops Nest offers event professionals the chance to connect, collaborate, and learn together, by facilitating real-life meetings with leading firms in their industry.

The day-long event began with a welcome by our Managing Director, Michael Green, and went on to cover many aspects of production, from colour management and artworking tips delivered by MacroArt’s Head of Studio, James Gifford, to production and construction skills.

Guided by Project Manager, Simon Clarke, delegates tried their hand at cutting and applying vinyl and learned about Aluvision, a workshop designed by MacroArt’s sister company, Aluvista, to facilitate modular stand design, lead by Business Development Manager, Matt Phipps.

Delegates were given a tour of our Production Hub enabling them to understand the complete journey of exhibition stand design, event production and installation. Our desire to share expertise and knowledge was enthusiastically received by all the delegates.
