We’re thrilled to announce the completion of two stunning art installations at West London’s newest destination, Paddington Square! Collaborating with renowned artists Catherine Yass and Kathrin Böhm, and a dedicated project team, we’ve brought these visionary pieces to life.
Working closely with curator Stella Ioannou of Lacuna Projects, Mtec Fine Art, Gardiner & Theobald LLP, and blu-3, our team ensured that every detail aligned perfectly with the architectural design of the Renzo Piano-designed building.
Kathrin Böhm’s installation, part of a three-year rotational programme with The Showroom London, showcases bold colours and environmental consciousness, whilst Catherine Yass’s piece, her first outdoor public commission in London, spans 152 square meters and is crafted to withstand outdoor conditions while maintaining vibrant integrity. From colour testing to final fabrication, eco-friendly processes to stunning visuals, these installations are a must see!
The installation process was overseen by our expert project management team, with support from Hi-Maintenance and Industrial Abseiling crews. It was a pleasure for us to be involved in maintaining both artists original creative visions and to see them celebrate their artwork come to life and hard work pull together was truly a heartfelt moment.
Thank you to everyone involved in this incredible journey. We’re proud to contribute to the cultural landscape of London with these captivating artworks. Read our latest press release to find out more!
