What happens when a bold creative vision meets a razor-sharp timeline? For this one-day brand activation at Tate Modern, the brief was simple – transform the venue’s two floor event space with eye-catching sustainable branding…and do it all in under one day.

The Build Breakdown

We designed, supplied, and installed a set of striking yet temporary branding elements, carefully selected to elevate the space and stay within sustainable boundaries. Every detail was tailored for maximum impact with minimal waste. We delivered:

  • Removable self-adhesive window vinyls – clean visuals with no damage to the surfaces.
  • Eight eco-friendly re-board pillars – lightweight, recyclable and visually commanding.
  • Vinyl-wrapped seating and an internal ‘box room’ – functional spaces transformed into branded features.

Precision Timing

When the schedule is tight, every minute counts. Our six-person install team arrived on site and hit the ground running at 6am sharp. By 2:30pm, the full transformation was complete and event ready. The space had been fully activated: windows dressed, pillars in place, seating wrapped and brand messaging consistent throughout.

But the clock didn’t stop there. As soon as the event wrapped, our team was back on-site to dismantle and remove every component, leaving no trace of the day’s transformation. This wasn’t just a fast turnaround – it was a flawless one-day execution from start to finish.
