Our first-ever delivery for Velocity Experience wasn’t just a project – it was a spectacle! The stage? Trafalgar Square, London’s iconic heart. The mission was to deliver a high-impact, immersive brand takeover that would stop people in their tracks.
The Live Event Brief: Bold and Unstoppable
We were asked to create and install a visually striking environment that radiated energy and presence. But the twist, we only had 48 hours to make it happen.
This wasn’t a standard install. We were dealing with complex structures, intricate graphic applications, and a serious volume of materials, under relentless time pressure. Every detail had to be flawless, every surface pristine, every visual element in place.
Power Moves – How We Made It Happen
We went all-out to deliver an unforgettable experience:
- Tens of metres of premium fabric graphics, stretching across the space for maximum visual impact.
- Precision-cut vinyls, flawlessly wrapped to perfection.
- ACM and PVC details, adding depth and polish to every angle.
- The Centrepiece, a towering 5m fully branded welcome arch that set the tone from the start.
