Dover Castle, a symbol of British heritage and history, sought to embrace its visitor experience through a slight branding makeover, and recently became the canvas for a unique branding project. What began as separate requests from three different departments turned into a day-long creative journey that would leave a lasting mark on this iconic landmark.

The Triple Challenge

Three distinct departments: Retail, Curational and Catering, each needed branding updates.

  • Retails request: The team needed new window graphics for the ticket booth, aiming to create a welcoming first impression for visitors.
  • Curational’s vision: They envisioned fresh wall graphics that would enrich the visitor experience by blending history with modern design.
  • Catering’s menu makeover: The catering team sought a new menu design for their food outlet.
