We collaborated with GES and blowUP media to create a bold and innovative print installation for Actimel’s dynamic campaign, making a statement on some of the most iconic advertising sites in the UK.
The goal was to craft a design that was not only visually striking but also interactive and weather-resistant, ensuring it captured attention and held up throughout the campaign duration.
Creative Concept and Design Execution
The design featured a torn panel effect with a layered visual approach. We added a second layer of material designed to replicate wind-blown posters, giving the illusion of natural peeling and texture. By strategically leaving some panel edges loose, the design interacted with actual wind, creating a constantly evolving, attention-grabbing experience.
Production and Durability
The visuals were printed onto semi-coated PVC, chosen for its high durability and ability to withstand outdoor conditions. This ensured the displays maintained their vibrant and dynamic appearance, even with exposure to weather elements.
Installation
The campaign came to life on two major blowUP media sites, maximising visibility and impact:
- Curtain Road: Covering 51.5 square metres, this site create a more intimate, close-up interaction with the public.
- Liverpool Holiday Inn: Spanning an impressive 267.2 square metres, this larger-than-life installation commanded attention from afar!
Impact
The Actimel Campaign was a testament to the power of creative and interactive advertising. Shoutout to the amazing team collaboration that made this campaign a success, from design to final execution!
